Good health is an important part of ageing well so people of all ages can take an active part in society and enjoy an independent and high quality of life.
We are fortunate to have a number of gentle exercise activities in our local area, including:
- Woollahra Walking Groups - are designed for people who enjoy the outdoors and would like to meet new people.
- Best Life Fitness - provides personal training for over 50s
- Physio Fit - provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment as well as movement training in the form of group exercise classes or individual instruction.
- New Moves Wellness dance program - for Senior Women at Vaucluse Bowling Club and Community Facility. Move your way to happiness, health and social connection.
