National Tree Day
Woollahra Council is proud to support National Tree Day each year, in partnership with Planet Ark.
2025 planting day at Christison Park
Our 2025 National Tree Day event was a great succes with 124 volunteers helping to plant over 1,800 native heathland to one of the buhsland pockets at Christison Park near the coastal track.
We planted a range of locally native plants to beautify the park and extend the habitat corridor for small birds and other wildlife.
Our next tree day event will be Sunday 26 July 2026
We'll provide details of our site and how to register closer to the event.
