This Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been prepared by Gyde Consulting on behalf of Woollahra Municipal Council to assess the environmental impacts of a proposed youth recreation area (skate park and mini basketball court) in Rushcutters Bay Park within the Woollahra Council Local Government Area.
Council’s objectives for the project are to provide for the recreation needs of the community whilst balancing community expectations and the needs of existing users of the open space, in an environmentally acceptable and community focused manner.
