- Attendance fees must be less than commercial rates (provide list of fees and charges)
- Must have own public liability insurance (provide certificate of currency)

Additional information
Equipment and facilities available: The venue has one carpeted room approx. 6.5m x 13m. It has 7 trestle tables and 60 upholstered chairs. There is a new kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and bench space. There are male, female and disabled toilets.

Parking: The Bay Room has direct access from the Cosmopolitan Centre Car Park, entry via Short Street.
