At 2pm on Monday 27 July a single Critical AusAlert test will be sent to every mobile device in Australia. Everyone with a compatible phone or other device can expect to receive the alert.
There are three formal standing committees of Council that meet regularly to discuss a range of issues, applications and proposals. All committee meetings are open to the public. Council also convenes meetings of the Woollahra Local Traffic Committee.
The EP Committee considers design and strategic planning issues that affect the municipality and our local environment.
The FC&S Committee considers financial, budget and work issues, and issues relating to services for people.
The S&C Committee deals with issues that have an impact on the whole of Council.
The LTF is an advisory body which operates under delegation from Transport for NSW (TfNSW). The forum provides advice, technical review, and coordination of works and events. It does not vote, issue approvals, or make decisions.LTF formal members include Council and three mandatory invitees: TfNSW, NSW Police Force and the local Member(s).
