Our opening hours during the festive season
Woollahra Council Chambers will be closed from 4.30pm Friday 22 December 2023 until 8am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
During this closure period our after-hours call centre and emergency staff will be able to assist with any urgent enquiries. Please call 9391 7000. For all other service requests complete our online form or log a service request anywhere, anytime via the Woollahra Council App.

Justice of the Peace (JP)
Council endeavours to provide a free JP service at the Council Chambers Customer Service Centre. This may vary due to availability of staff. If it is urgent, we recommend calling the customer service team to confirm if one is available. The hours of the service are Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm.
A JP can certify documents and witness oaths, signatures, affidavits and statutory declarations. For more information about JP services, visit NSW Justices of the Peace.

- The building is fitted with a lift and ramp access to all 3 levels and areas of the building
- 4 accessible toilets

- Accessible change and shower facilities
