Duty Planner

Council has a Duty Planner available for general enquiries relating to the planning process, policies, and lodgement requirements.

Our duty planner is available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. You can access the duty planner in several ways:

• by visiting Council’s Customer Service Centre
• by phoning 02 9391 7000 and asking for the duty planner
• by emailing duty.planner@woollahra.nsw.gov.au

Please note: The Duty Officer cannot provide detailed planning advice for a specific project.
