Cross Street Car Park site redevelopment We understand Cross Street Car Park in Double Bay is important for local businesses, visitors and residents. Due to its condition, the 1970s car park needs to be rebuilt. We’ve developed a proposal to build a new 5-storey car park on the site with at least 412 spaces.
