  • Event must be open for members of the public to attend
  • Identification of community / social benefit (provide statement regarding benefit of activity)
  • Attendance fees must be less than commercial rates (provide list of fees and charges)
  • Must have own public liability insurance (provide certificate of currency)

Additional information

Equipment and facilities available:

The large room upstairs measures 12m x 5m and has a timber floor. The dining room downstairs has lino floorcovering. There are chairs and trestle tables available for use in these rooms.

The lounge room contains sofas and opens on to the garden courtyard with outdoor tables and chairs.

There is a kitchen available for shared use with fridge, microwave and kettle.

The kitchen, lounge and courtyard, are communal areas and are not available to be booked.

Accessibility:

  • Level entry from McGarvie Lane
  • Access throughout the Eastern side of the building
  • Lift between floors
  • Accessible toilet on ground floor and on level 1
  • Baby change table

Parking: Limited street parking is available, zoned 2 hour residential.
