Sale of Part 1-13 Cross Street, Double Bay
Council is currently seeking Tenders for the sale of Part 1-13 Cross Street, Double Bay.
The site for sale is a 1,465sqm parcel to be subdivided from 1-13 Cross Street, Double Bay.
1-13 Cross Street, Double Bay is currently owned by Council and operational as the Cross Street Car Park.
Council is seeking Tenders for the sale of the site that address all four of the following options:
- Sale of the site with a requirement of 15% of all residential floor space to be provided as affordable housing in perpetuity
- Sale of the site with a requirement of 250sqm of floor space for community use
- Sale of the site with a requirement of 15% of all residential floor space to be provided as affordable housing in perpetuity and 250sqm of floor space for community use
- Sale of the site with no requirement to provide affordable housing or community floor space to Council.
Council invites Tender responses from Monday 20 July 2026 to 10 September 2026 and the Request for Tender document may viewed on VendorPanel.

Woollahra Council utilises VendorPanel an online e-tendering platform, to manage all quotations, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Suppliers interested in doing business with Council are encouraged to register their details on the platform to automatically receive notifications about current opportunities relevant to their services as they become available.
