TENDER SC 7084 - Property Management Services for Kiaora Place Double Bay, NSW 2028
Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the provision of property management services for Kiaora Place shopping precinct which includes Buildings 1 & 2. The initial period of the contract will be for 5 years, with possible two extensions of 3 years and 2 years at Council’s discretion.
Mandatory Pre-Tender meeting will be held in the Woollahra Library meeting space, located on level 1, 451 New South Head Road, Double Bay, at 10:30am on Thursday 4 December 2025.

All interested tenderers will be required to register their business details and contact information including email details when seeking to download the Tender document and any other documents. Tenders must be lodged by 3pm on 18 December 2025 online at VendorPanel.
Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the tender documentation. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All enquiries regarding the tenders should be directed to the tender panel via the VendorPanel portal.

Woollahra Council utilises VendorPanel an online e-tendering platform, to manage all quotations, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Suppliers interested in doing business with Council are encouraged to register their details on the platform to automatically receive notifications about current opportunities relevant to their services as they become available.
