Woollahra Local Transport Forum (LTF)
Meeting details
The Woollahra Local Transport Forum (LTF) is an advisory body which operates under delegation from Transport for NSW (TfNSW). The Forum provides advice, technical review, and coordination of works and events. It does not vote, issue approvals, or make decisions.
LTF formal members include Council and three mandatory invitees being the TfNSW, the NSW Police, and the Local Member(s).
The LTF considers traffic management and parking issues on unclassified roads and regional roads within the Woollahra Municipality and makes recommendations to Council on appropriate traffic measures to be implemented.
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10.00am in the Tarralbe Room, 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay. Check the upcoming meetings calendar for current and future dates.
Members of the public can address the Forum meeting on any agenda item being considered by the Forum.
To address the Forum meeting, members of the public must register by 12.00 midday on the day before the meeting by completing the Local Transport Forum Registration Form(PDF, 215KB).
Members of the public may submit late written correspondence on an agenda item being considered at the Forum meeting by emailing records@woollahra.nsw.gov.au by 12.00 midday on the day before the meeting.

The agenda contains matters to be considered by the LTF. The agenda and individual reports for each meeting are available by COB on the Thursday before the meeting from the following locations:
The agenda will also be available at the meeting. The minutes of the LTF are reported to the next scheduled Finance, Community & Services Committee (FC&S) meeting and are available by COB on the Thursday before the meeting.
Forum members
Forum members include a representative from:
- Council
- Transport for NSW
- NSW Police Force
- State Members for Vaucluse and Sydney.
Representatives from public passenger service operators also attend the meetings in an advisory role.
