General Purchase Order Conditions of Contract

Woollahra Council Purchase Order General Conditions of Contract(PDF, 332KB) applies to every purchase order issued by Council for goods and services, unless expressly modified in writing at the time the order is issued.

VendorPanel Marketplace

Woollahra Council utilises VendorPanel an online e-tendering platform, to manage all quotations, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

Suppliers interested in doing business with Council are encouraged to register their details on the platform to automatically receive notifications about current opportunities relevant to their services as they become available.
