Navigating My Aged Care with Holdsworth

Holdsworth is an approved aged care provider and gives support and advice to make the most out of your funding, whether that’s through the Commonwealth Home Support Program or through a Home Care Package.

They understand it can be hard to get started with My Aged Care, and are happy to help walk you through those first steps.

They run monthly face-to-face sessions in partnership with Woollahra Council to support you to get the most out of your funding.

The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provides funding for support services to assist people over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to remain living at home and active in the community.

CHSP services include activities that encourage independence and connection to your community based on your goals.

CHSP is not designed for people with more complex care needs. If you have higher needs, you may consider a Home Care Package to make sure you get the right support.
