Requests for the repair or replacement of damaged seats or street furniture can be made by filling out a Customer Service request.

- Details of the damage
- Location details
This request will be logged in Council's Customer Request Management System. An inspection of the damage will be carried out and repairs and replacement are usually completed within 30 days.
