WLPP Voting Register on planning matters
The Woollahra Local Planning Panel (WLPP) assesses and determines development applications and is established under Part 2, Division 2.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to maintain a register that records which panel members vote for and which panel members vote against each planning decision of the WLPP.
A planning decision is a resolution of the Woollahra Local Planning Panel that determines a matter, i.e. approves or refuses a development application. The register as prepared details the matters considered by the Woollahra Local Planning Panel and will continue to be updated on a regular basis.
