Uses
Meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, recreational activities, community groups, functions and social gatherings.
This venue is not available for children's parties under 13 years or youth parties under 25 years.
Hours
Available for hire from 8am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Equipment and facilities available: The venue has one carpeted room approx. 6.5m x 13m. It has 7 trestle tables, 60 upholstered chairs and a whiteboard. There is a new kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and bench space. There are male, female and disabled toilets.
Accessibility:
- Level access via car park and lift access from street
- Wheelchair access throughout the room
- Accessible toilet
Parking: The Bay Room has direct access from the Cosmopolitan Centre Car Park, entry via Short Street.
