What builds us a better world?

Get ready for a summer of reading with Woollahra Libraries' Build a Better World Summer Reading Challenge!

Join Woollahra Libraries for our Summer Reading Club: Build a Better World Challenge for children aged 0 - 12 years.

To get involved, simply visit Woollahra Library at Double Bay, Paddington Library or Watsons Bay Library from Thursday  1 December to register and collect your Summer Reading Club booklet.

Each child must register using their own library card. Membership is free.

Read and complete challenges via the Beanstack App to earn digital badges, stickers and lucky dip prizes and go into the draw to win one of 2 major prizes or 1 of 10 Woollahra Bookshop vouchers.

Books must be borrowed during the Summer Reading Challenge period (1/12/22 – 31/01/23). The Major Prize Draw will take place on Thursday 2 February 2022. Winners will be notified of a time and date to collect their prize.

A limit of 5 entries per child applies.

Use your Woollahra Libraries membership to access Story Box Library and discover more ‘Better World' themed books read by authors and famous personalities.

Summer Reading Club - Featured Reads

Woollahra Libraries staff  are creating a reading list of eBooks, eAudiobooks, eFilms and hard copies available to borrow from our eCollection or off the shelf. Stay tuned!
