The Councillors listed below were elected to represent their wards in the Woollahra Local Government Area (LGA) from 2024 to 2028.
Councillor Sarah Swan has been elected the new Mayor of Woollahra at the Extraordinary Council Meeting on 9 October 2024. Councillor Sean Carmichael has been elected as the new Deputy Mayor.

The Woollahra municipality, or local government area (LGA), has a population of around 54,660 and is divided into a series of five Wards:

Councillors and Designated Staff are required to disclose any matters that may involve a conflict of interest between their private, business and/or personal interests, in addition to their council duties. These matters are recorded in a Disclosure of Pecuniary Interests and Other Matters Interests Register maintained by Council.
