Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2022 Amendment 3

Council approved the Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2022 (Amendment 3) at its meeting on 23 June 2025.

The Plan contains an updated works schedule. It applies to the entire Woollahra Local Government Area.

The Plan commences today (27 June 2025) and is now in force.
