Gibsons Beach Reserve
Gibsons Beach Reserve is popular for picnics, small social gatherings and beach use in summer. The long shallow beach, with plenty of white sand, is just south of the Watsons Bay Baths and Tea Gardens. There are views of the city and harbour bridge from the beach.

Pedestrian access is via the southern end of Marine Parade and Salisbury Street.

History
Commemorates the name of a family of standing in the area, long involved in maritime pursuits -the first Henry Gibson was a pilot for some 50 years and lived here from the late 1830's.
