Woollahra Connect! offers free one-on-one support to help residents navigate the aged care system and connect with local programs, services and support. Whether you’re registering with My Aged Care, accessing transport, finding a home care provider, or looking for activities in the area, we’re here to guide you.

Support is available by appointment or drop-in at various community venues across the LGA.
