Recycle It Saturday

Items that can’t be recycled or disposed in your bins at home can be a problem. But, we have the solution! Bring them to Recycle It Saturday - a drop off event where you can bring a range of household items for recycling.

Every item you drop off is a valuable resource diverted from landfill that can be given a second life.

Items accepted include:

• Batteries (including car batteries with terminals taped)
• polystyrene
• light bulbs/fluro tubes
• X-rays
• soft toys like teddy bears
• unuseable clothing and textiles clean and free of mould
• small metal items under 10kg
• aluminium coffee pods
• blister/pill packs
• bicycles and scooters
• e-waste
• and bulky cardboard.
