Register of Exceptions to Development Standards under Clause 4.6 of the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (LEP 2014)

Clause 4.6 of the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 provides flexibility in applying planning controls - such as height and floor space ratio - where strict compliance would be unreasonable, unnecessary, or hinder the attainment of the objectives of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

We maintain a register of development applications determined with exceptions to standards under clause 4.6.
