Advertising and Notification Period

Most development applications are advertised on the Council website and require neighbour notification. A Council Officer prepares both the neighbour notification letters and advertisement notices.

The notification period is in accordance with the requirements of the Woollahra Community Participation Plan.

Notification letters are sent to all properties that may be affected by the proposed development. In some cases, this may be just the adjoining neighbours and in other cases many properties are notified.
