Customer Service Centre Reopening

We Are Open!

Our Customer Service Centre and libraries are open for fully vaccinated or medically exempt customers. People under 16 years of age, who are not fully vaccinated, must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated household member. Please check in using the QR code and show proof of vaccination on entry, wear a mask and help us maintain social distancing to keep everyone safe and well. You can also submit your service requests via the Woollahra Council App or call us on 9391 7000.

Woollahra Libraries are open

To keep us all safe we are complying with the Public Health Orders for indoor venues. All customers aged 16 and over must be fully vaccinated and you will be asked to present proof upon entry. Normal opening hours will apply.

Our $115,000 Revitalisation Grants Program is part of a new support package for our community. The program is open to businesses, individuals and community groups, to help to rejuvenate our area and benefit the local community.
