Seeking library volunteers ages 13 - 18

Want to help shape what happens at your library?

As part of our Teen Creatives team, you’ll work with other young people to plan and run events, workshops and activities for the community. From idea to delivery, this is your chance to create programs that reflect what teens actually want to see.

You might host events, MC guest speakers, run your own workshop, or help bring bigger ideas to life, from teen-only takeover nights to creative, tech or science-based sessions.

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

What it’s like

The team meets regularly across the year to plan and collaborate, with a minimum commitment of 50 volunteer hours. Meetings are held twice a month, and you’ll also be involved in delivering the events you help create.

It’s flexible, social, and a great way to build real skills in event planning, leadership and teamwork.
