2025 Library Use and Outcomes Survey Results

Woollahra Libraries is proud to be part of the Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN), helping us better understand how our libraries make a difference in people’s lives.

In May 2025, we invited our community to share their experiences through the annual Library Use and Outcomes survey(PDF, 6MB) . The results give us valuable insight into how you use and enjoy our spaces, programs and collections.

This year’s findings show strong community connection and satisfaction, with a Net Promoter Score of 58: a great reflection of loyalty and engagement across our libraries.
