Now in its ninth year, Watsons Bay Spring Market brings more than 120 stalls to the harbourfront at Robertson Park.

The food line-up includes Japanese hashimaki, paella, Malaysian char kway teow, Portuguese custard tarts, Neapolitan pizza and birria tacos, alongside a strong showing of independent Australian distillers.

Shoppers can also discover eucalyptus oil harvested and distilled in Snow Country, Australian marble homewares, handmade Panama hats, country-made nougat and plant-dyed wool fashion — alongside businesses from Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Dover Heights and Woollahra.
