Our Educators
At Woollahra Preschool we are dedicated to meeting all elements of the National Quality Standards and supporting children with quality learning experiences. To achieve this we provide:
- Three trained staff including a university-trained teacher
- Two educators with diplomas in Child Care for each group of 20 children,
- Full-time Inclusion Support Early Childhood Teacher with Special education training,
- Highly experienced Director with more than 40 years of experience as an ECT and manager
- Administration support officer.
We believe that the respectful positive interactions children have with our staff are the most important component of our high-quality program. Our team of teachers and educators are highly qualified, experienced, caring and motivated.
Our staff undergo continuous professional development, staying at the forefront of early childhood education.
