Woollahra Council has launched a new online booking and payments system for Council-managed community spaces, making it easier than ever for our customers, clubs and organisations to find, book and pay for local facilities and spaces.
There’s plenty to choose from - with more than 23 parks and reserves, 18 sportsgrounds and 25 community halls and event spaces to choose from, we have your next event sorted.
The system, powered by Bookable, is now live and accessible 24/7 via Council’s website, allowing customers to view real-time availability, submit and manage bookings and make payments online, all in one streamlined experience.
Council has a wide range of venues, parks and sportsgrounds that can meet your event size, budget and purpose. Whether you are planning a kid's birthday party, wedding, fitness class, corporate program, cultural event or community group activity, it’s now easier than ever to explore each venue’s features and make the right choice. Simply log in, browse the facilities of each venue, check availability and reserve your space online.

We are committed to delivering a positive customer experience - and that includes making the process of booking community spaces as simple and efficient as possible.
Ahead of the launch, Council sought feedback from people who regularly book community facilities to better understand what was working and where improvements were needed. Customers told us they wanted clearer availability, faster turnaround times and a more flexible, self-service booking experience.
