Join Living Longer Living Stronger, a progressive strength and balance program designed to enhance your strength, balance, and mobility. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to improve your fitness, this class is tailored for all ability levels. You’ll receive an individual assessment and a personalised program while participating in a supportive group environment.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • Flat-soled, supportive joggers
  • A water bottle and towel
  • Dumbells: 1kg, 2kg or 3kg to suit your fitness level
  • Stretch band.

These classes are part of Woollahra Life!, a program designed to promote inclusion, well-being, and access to cultural and recreational opportunities for residents of all ages.
