Open Doors, Open Books, Open Minds is a coordinated statewide Library Open Day held during Library and Information Week.
The initiative brings together public libraries across NSW to showcase their services, spaces, collections and community impact through a shared day of activity and storytelling.
Woollahra Libraries will celebrate with a 12-hour read-in at Woollahra Library at Double Bay, with library members invited to read and listen alongside special guests as we fill the library with stories and poetry throughout the day.
If you are a Woollahra Libraries member and would like to read aloud as part of our attempt to reach 12 hours of continuous reading, we welcome you to submit an Expression of Interest.
After Dark program
Full program to be announced.
This After Dark event forms part of our 12-hour read-in. Register separately for the daytime program.
We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you would like to attend this event and you have any access or communication requirements, please contact us at libraryevents@woollahra.nsw.gov.au or on 9391 7100.
