Building confidence to support ourselves, our families and our communities

Talking about death isn't always easy, but having the knowledge and confidence to navigate end-of-life, caring and grief can make a real difference.

Join us for a free interactive workshop where you'll learn practical information, build confidence, and explore how communities can better support one another through dying, death and bereavement.

During the workshop you'll:

  • Learn what death literacy is and why it matters.
  • Build confidence to have conversations about death, dying and grief.
  • Explore practical ways to support family, friends and neighbours.
  • Share ideas and learn alongside others in a safe and welcoming environment.

Together we can...

Strengthen our community's knowledge, confidence and compassion so more people feel supported through life's most challenging times.
