Aqua Sculpt is accessible to seniors through a a gentle, low-impact class designed specifically for those seeking restorative movement on the water.
Participants remain seated or lying down on our floating Aqua Sculpt boards in shallow water, focusing on stretching, gentle movements and relaxation while being outdoors in nature and above the water's surface in the open-water.
The boards are anchored in the shallow water where participants can easily be seated on the boards. All equipment and floating boards are provided and included in the price.
