Each year, Woollahra Libraries takes part in the Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN) Library Use and Outcomes Survey, giving us a valuable snapshot of the role our libraries play in the community.
In May 2026, we asked our community to tell us about their experiences of Woollahra Libraries, from our spaces and collections to our programs and services.
This year’s results(PDF, 6MB) were especially positive, with improvements across every dimension measure surveyed. Our Net Promoter Score increased from 58 in 2025 to 67 in 2026, reflecting an even stronger level of satisfaction, connection and advocacy among our community.
