Thursday 5 March: Meet & Mingle at The Cottage
Open house with afternoon tea refreshments and live background music. Activities include tour of The Cottage – SECC Dementia Day Program, brief presentation about SECC services, raffle and games.

Thursday 12 March : Movement for Healthy Ageing
A gentle session featuring seated and standing exercises, stretching, balance tips
and falls prevention.

Thursday 19 March: Virtual Connection
A practical, hands-on digital skills session. Participants can bring their phone, tablet or laptop and get advice on how to use popular functions, access government portals etc.

Thursday 26 March: Creative Connection
A relaxed creative event celebrating art and music professional performers and artists. Interactive activities, musical performances, and refreshments.
