Carers Network is a welcoming space for carers of people living with dementia to connect, share experiences, and access expert advice.
Join us for a relaxed morning tea, meet other local carers, and enjoy supportive conversations in a friendly environment.

Sessions will be led by Michelle Beaumont, Dementia Consultant and member of Dementia Friendly Woollahra.

• Focus on caring for the carer, acknowledging and managing carer stress
