Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) grants you a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the contents of the mapping system (system):
- in your web browser, and in any cache files created by your web browser; and
- on a printout,
for the sole purpose of viewing the content. All other rights are reserved.
The contents of the system, including downloadable material, are subject to copyright and are protected by the laws of Australia.
Information on this system is provided in good faith and is intended for general information purposes only. The information is not intended to be exhaustive or to substitute the need for making independent enquiries. Accordingly, you should verify the information and seek independent advice before acting upon the information. You are also advised to obtain a section 149 planning certificate from Council before considering any planning, building or development works. These certificates contain requirements and restrictions that apply to the land such as the zoning of a lot.
