Thanks to all the local primary school students who entered our Kids Truck Art Competition. We received more than 160 entries and our judges were blown away by the children’s creativity and insights around the theme ‘Caring for our Environment’.

The Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize, presented by Woollahra Council, has announced the finalists for the 22nd edition of the esteemed annual prize. The finalist works will be presented in an exhibition at Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf, unveiled on 27 September, with the winning sculpture announced at the opening.

The winners of our Kids’ Truck Art competition have had the chance to see their artworks on a large-scale, after five winning artworks were printed on local garbage trucks for all to see.

When the residents of Eastpoint Tower in Edgecliff found out they could use their green bins to compost their food scraps via our Kitchen to Compost service, the owners’ corporation was keen to make it work for the complex of 99 apartments.
The tower is now a composting success story.
