Development Applications can now be lodged online

From 1 July 2020, Development Applications (DAs) can be lodged online via the NSW Planning Portal.
This applies to the following applications:
- Development Applications
- Section 4.55 Modification Applications
- Section 8.2 Review Applications
Lodgements of DAs and associated applications can still be done in person at our Customer Service Centre or by mail for a transitional period.
