Connect through art this Dementia Action Week
Published 22 August 2022
Dementia impacts around half a million Australians and almost 1.6 million Australians are involved in the care of a person with dementia.
This Dementia Action Week, 19-25 September, we're highlighting local services available for people with dementia, their family and carers and encouraging locals to get a better understanding of dementia and what they can do to help make our local area more dementia-friendly.
Did you know Woollahra Dementia Alliance and Watsons Bay Library have been recognised by Dementia Australia for their work to help create a dementia-friendly community?
