Community Satisfaction Survey 2021

To help measure our performance, Council has commissioned a Community Satisfaction Survey, with the results to be informed by performance measures and targets in our Community Strategic Plan, Woollahra 2030.
The survey is being conducted during June by Micromex Research & Consulting via phone, with participants randomly selected from across the Woollahra Local Government Area.
You may recall that at the beginning of the current Council term in 2017/18, we undertook two community surveys, a Community Satisfaction Survey and a Community Capacity Survey, which established a benchmark against which to measure Council’s performance. The questions in the current survey will be the same as those asked consistently throughout the four year period, so we have a sound basis for comparison.
The results of the survey will be formally incorporated into the End-of-Term Report, a document required under the Local Government Act to be tabled in August 2021 and included in our 2020/21 Annual Report. We look forward to sharing the results with you.
