About the Prize

The Youth Photographic Award and Short Film Prize started in 1994 to provide an opportunity for local high school students to showcase all the great creative talents of young photographers and filmmakers.

Through its 26 year history, Council has exhibited the works of many talented high school students and given the public an opportunity to view these inventive and extraordinary images and films.
