Only non-commercial or community focused events will be considered. Please read the following terms and conditions before completing this form.

Terms and conditions applying to all events

The event must:

  1. be held at a venue or location within the Woollahra municipality
  2. be open to the general public
  3. be free, community event, or event with a nominal admission charge (less than $50pp) that are for the benefit of a not-for-profit or charity organisation
  4. be a one-off, annual or special event with broad appeal to the Woollahra community
  5. be submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent with their full contact details no later than four weeks prior to the event
  6. be specific, finalised and confirmed prior to submission. Events with tentative information including undetermined dates and locations cannot be listed.
  7. not involve any illegal activity
  8. not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, pregnancy, race, or political or religious beliefs unless covered by an exception or the event organiser has an exemption under relevant legislation.
  9. not be for the sole promotion of a political or religious organisation.

Please note:

  • Woollahra Council is not obliged to list events submitted through this form and reserves the right to edit or decline submissions or remove listings for any reason whatsoever.
  • Every effort will be made to avoid errors in event listings; however, Council accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies, changes, errors, omissions or misconceptions that may occur from the listing. The event organiser or authorised agent is advised to check the listing on the website for errors. Council is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an event organiser due to any failure or delay in listing an event.
  • The event organiser or authorised agent indemnifies Council against all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by Council as a result of the listing or intended listing of any event by that event organiser on this website or any related publications.
  • Incomplete forms will not be considered.
  • Event details may be used in print.
  • An event listing is not an endorsement by Council for the event, or the event organisers.
  • Images, if provided, may be used in print and/or electronic media without limitation or payment. The event organiser or authorised agent guarantees that appropriate permissions and authorisations in respect of the use the images have been obtained for Woollahra Council.

Will there be any admission charge/s for those attending the event? Remember, events must be free, or have only a nominal, cost covering admission charge (max $50) and have a clear benefit and broad appeal to the Woollahra community. See terms and conditions.

In order to fast track your request, we ask that you upload an associated image or logo with your form. Recommended dimensions are 240px X 135px, in JPG or PNG file format, and no larger than 1 MB and no less than 100 KB.
