Evidence suggests that midlife is a critical time to look after your brain, body and heart. In this presentation Dementia Australia will explore the power of prevention and the ‘Five Simple Steps to Maximise your Brain Health’.
You will also hear from Dr Allan Shell, an experienced GP and adjunct lecturer at UNSW, involved in education in the area of a more timely diagnosis of dementia.
