Sale of road reserve adjoining 16 Wunulla Road, Point Piper

In pursuance of the Provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that the Woollahra Municipal Council proposes to close the public road listed in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1

Council is considering the closure and sale of a portion of Wunulla Road reserve to the adjoining property owner 16 Wunulla Road, Point Piper NSW 2027.

The Wunulla road portion is triangular in shape, bound by a black line with hatched line, and has green coloured fill. It is some 20m long and 2m wide, and has an estimated size of 20 square metres, subject to final survey size.

Any member of the public wishing to make a written submission to Council in regards to the proposed closing and sale of the subject land should do so before 4:30pm on Wednesday 7 July 2021.  Further information may be obtained from Council’s Senior Property Officer, Anthony Sheedy on 9391 7019.
