Road lease renewal 23 Wentworth Road, Vaucluse

Woollahra Council proposes to renew a road lease for a term of 5 years to the adjoining owner of 23 Wentworth Road, Vaucluse in respect of an adjoining portion of Wentworth Road.

This area is setback approximately 2m from the pedestrian footpath, and is a rectangular shaped area some 51 square metres in size. Any member of the public wishing to make a written submission to Council in regards to the proposed road lease renewal should do so before 4:30pm on Wednesday 8 May 2019.
