Road Lease Renewal 42 Cranbrook Road, Bellevue Hill

Woollahra Council proposes to renew a road lease for a term of 5 years to the adjoining owner of 42 Cranbrook Road, Bellevue Hill in respect of an adjoining portion of Cranbrook Road.

This area is setback approximately 6m from the pedestrian footpath, and is a rectangular shaped area some 105 square metres in size. Any member of the public wishing to make a written submission to Council in regards to the proposed road lease renewal should do so before 4:30pm on Wednesday 19 May 2021.
