Accompanying the proposed heritage listing of seven pubs in the Woollahra LEP 2014 is the Draft Woollahra Development Control Plan 2015 (Amendment No. 12). This draft DCP aims to update the existing objectives and controls relating to pub buildings in the Paddington Heritage Conservation Area. These amendments seek to retain significant features of pub buildings in the event of a change of use and/or substantial alterations and additions. The Draft Woollahra DCP 2015 (Amendment No. 12) applies to all land within the Paddington Heritage Conservation Area.
