Closing and Sale of part road reserve adjoining 30 Wyuna Road, Point Piper

In pursuance of the Provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that the Woollahra Municipal Council proposes to close the public road listed in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1

Council is considering the closure and sale of a portion of Wyuna Road reserve to the adjoining property owner 30 Wyuna Road, Point Piper NSW 2027.

The Wyuna Road portion is rectangular in shape, bound by a blue line with hatched line fill. It has an estimated size of 154 square metres, subject to final survey.

Any member of the public wishing to make a written submission to Council in regards to the proposed closing and sale of the subject land should do so within 28 days of this notice, being Wednesday 25 May 2022.
